Harmon Cove Towers is located by the Hackensack River in the Town of Secaucus, NJ. Situated on 7.7 acres, the Towers were built in 1980. They are home to 562 residential units with a range of 95 basic residence types, from studios to spacious three bedrooms and penthouses, with sprawling unobstructed views of the NYC, Jersey City and Hoboken skylines, the Meadowlands Sports Complex, the Hackensack River, and Metlife Stadium. The Towers offer an abundance of parking and many residential amenities.

With bus service to NYC and the Secaucus NJ Transit Rail Station available right outside the Towers, the location is a great place to enjoy the lifestyle of the suburbs and the fast pace of the city. Shopping in the center of Secaucus is only 1.5 miles from the building, and a large retail center is located in Harmon Meadow. Want nightlife? Route 3, a direct access route into Manhattan, is less than a mile away. You can go east into the Lincoln Tunnel right to the heart of Midtown, or west to the Meadowlands Complex.

With a state of the art nursery, a fitness center, a social room with multiple table games and pool tables, tennis courts, free WiFi in common areas, a new playground area, and a 2,300 square foot outdoor pool area that can accommodate up to 100 people, there is no need to leave the Towers for recreation.

Secaucus, founded in 1900, is on land that was once a part of New Netherland, the Dutch colonial community in North America. Situated in the Hackensack Meadowlands, it is home to about 17,000 residents. With ample parks, good schools, and year-round activities for all ages, Secaucus maintains a small town feel with urban employment and cultural opportunities.

Amenities

Fitness Center

A 3,500 square foot fitness center includes over 30 machines, 30 sets of free weights, weight benches, sit-up benches and mats for cardio work, with steam rooms and saunas in the Locker rooms. Free WiFi is available in the fitness center.


Nursery And Playground

The newly renovated nursery can accommodate many children. With free WiFi in the sitting area for adults, children can play with toys and participate in activities safely. There is also a spacious playground allowing children to enjoy themselves outdoors. The playground includes ladders, steps, slides and interactive toys set on a play-safe surface.


Parking Garages

Two large parking garages contain over 560 deeded spaces and 370 covered rental spaces for residents. The parking also includes room for residential guests and commercial vehicles for a total of over 1,000 spaces.


Pool

A 2,300 square foot outdoor swimming pool can accommodate 100 people. Beside it is a wading pool for infants and toddlers. The pool sunbathing area is approximately 18,000 square feet, with deck chairs, tables, gazebos, and free WiFi.


Tennis Courts

There are three regulation-size tennis courts. These were recently resurfaced and include lights for night time use.


Social Room and Library

A 7,500 square foot game room offers billiard tables, ping pong tables, an air hockey table and a flat screen HD TV for viewing of games and events. The room is also home to a library for those who want to sit and read, and it has free WiFi.


Conference Room

A conference room fits up to ten people around a single wood table. Residents may hold meetings, events, or get-togethers for small groups.


Basketball Court

The recently-resurfaced, half-court basketball facility includes both high and low baskets to allow practice by players of all ages. The court is lit for night time usage.


Golf Room

The 900 square foot indoor golf driving range includes two netted enclosures allowing practice of both long and short games.


Bike Room

The Towers have ground level, indoor, climate-controlled storage for residents’ bicycles.


24 Hour Concierge and Security

Harmon Cove Towers provides security service for all residents and commercial tenants. There is 24/7 concierge service in both tower lobbies, as well as additional security that monitors the inner and outer property.


Commercial Space

The commercial space supports a number of businesses including a dry cleaner and a real estate agency. Some residents rent commercial space for their own businesses, supporting an efficient small business lifestyle.


Maintenance

A 24/7 maintenance staff available at a phone calls notice to attend to common area issues and assist homeowners with their personal issues as needed.
